Meet Our Leaders
I’ve been with Small Wonders since August of 2011, not long after Leslie opened the first location. I graduated from YSU with a PreKindergarten degree, and have also furthered my education by taking online classes through the University of Cincinnati. I love seeing the children grow and change through their years with us, especially the ones that start as a baby and leave for kindergarten. I also love to see when them years later after they have grown up, to see the great people they have become. Outside of work, my family and I like to spend time boating and four-wheeling. I also coach elementary school cheerleading.
Human Resource Director
Hi there! My name is Bridget. I have graduated with a PreKindergarten degree in education from Youngstown State University in 2008. I have been employed with Small Wonders D&LC since August of 2016. I have experience as the lead infant teacher and assistant administrator at our Greenford location. I currently work as part of the Small Wonders D&LC Leadership Team as the Human Resource Director for all locations. I am always looking for enthusiastic, compassionate, nurturing, and professional educators to join our team! My goal is to maintain staff retention while fulfilling company staffing needs. I strive to create a work/life balance for all employees. As a role model to Small Wonders, I am devoted to creating a positive culture in the workplace where people encourage each other, work as a team, and never want to leave Small Wonders. I LOVE SMALL WONDERS!
My name is Danyell. I have been employed with Small Wonders since October of 2016. I was hired as a floater in the infant classroom at our Greenford location. I have worked as an assistant and a lead infant teacher for 3+ years. Through the TEACH scholarship that Small Wonders offers their employees, I achieved my Infant/Toddler CDA through the University of Cincinnati. In May 2020, I was promoted as a member of our Small Wonders D&LC Leadership Team and the Education Coordinator for all Small Wonders D&LC locations. I travel to each site and work hand in hand with our administrators and lead teachers on a daily basis. I am happy to have collaborated with our Columbiana and Salem staff to achieve their very first 5 Star Step Up to Quality ratings in 2021.
