My name is Vicky Baughman, and I’m the new Leetonia Administrator at Small Wonders Discovery and Learning Center. I graduated from Youngstown State University with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. This fall I’ll be attending MCCTC to earn my Human Resources Certification. I’ve worked in the childcare field for over a year. I enjoy spending time with friends and family, especially my two year old niece. I am excited to build relationships with all the kiddos and their families!
