The Perfect Educator for Small Wonders:
- Available to work part-time 20-32 hours or full time 32+ hours M-F
- Positive attitude, patience, and a nurturing individual
- Ability to communicate and build a professional relationship with parents and staff
- Lead Teachers: Create lesson plans in line with The Creative Curriculum (bi-weekly), individual plans, screenings, and assessments on time and hold parent-teacher conferences
- Create an age-appropriate, safe, ongoing learning environment for ages 6 weeks- 12 years
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience potty training (pull-ups), wiping noses, singing songs, reading, creating art projects, dancing, and playing on the child's level

Floater
The Perfect Educator for Small Wonders:
High school diploma and going to school for Early Childhood or experience working in a center. You may pick up hours floating from Columbiana, Greenford, Leetonia and Canfield centers. Hours to start are PT to FT. Must have a flexible schedule and willing to work open or closing hours. Will work around Fall school schedules.
