The Perfect Educator for Small Wonders:
- Available to work part-time 20-32 hours or full time 32+ hours M-F
- Positive attitude, patience, and a nurturing individual
- Ability to communicate and build a professional relationship with parents and staff
- Lead Teachers: Create lesson plans in line with The Creative Curriculum (bi-weekly), individual plans, screenings, and assessments on time and hold parent-teacher conferences
- Create an age-appropriate, safe, ongoing learning environment for ages 6 weeks- 12 years
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience potty training (pull-ups), wiping noses, singing songs, reading, creating art projects, dancing, and playing on the child's level

- Bachelors in Early Childhood Ed or Associate Degree in Pre-Kindergarten or equivalent (CPL Level 3)

The Perfect Educator/Administrator for Small Wonders:
- Flexible 40+ hour schedule M-F
- Experience working as a childcare center admin
- Positive attitude, team leader, patient, and a nurturing individual
- Ability to communicate and build a professional relationship with parents and staff
- Create lesson plans to The Creative Curriculum (bi-weekly), individual plans, screenings, and assessments on time and hold parent-teacher conferences
- Create an age-appropriate, safe, ongoing learning environment
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment
- Has strong organizational and time management skills
- Can support staff and is a strong decision maker
