Toddler Teacher

The Perfect Toddler Teacher for Small Wonders:

  • Available to work full time 32+ hours M-F
  • Positive attitude, patience, and a nurturing individual
  • Ability to communicate and build a professional relationship with parents and staff
  • Create lesson plans to The Creative Curriculum (bi-weekly), individual plans, screenings, and assessments on time and hold parent-teacher conferences
  • Create an age-appropriate, safe, ongoing learning environment for toddlers
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience potty training, wiping noses, singing songs, reading, creating art projects, dancing, and playing on the child's level

Bonus Points for having:

  • Cover Letter, Resume, and References
  • Bachelors in Early Childhood Ed or
  • Associate Degree in Pre-Kindergarten or equivalent (CPL Level 3)
  • Experience working with ages 18mo-2 ½ years (1:7 Ratio)
  • First/Aid, Communicable Disease, and Child Abuse training
  • Step Up to Quality knowledge and familiar with ODJFS licensing rules

All Locations


High school diploma and going to school for Early Childhood or experience working in a center. You may pick up hours floating from Columbiana, Greenford, Leetonia and Canfield centers. Hours to start are PT to FT. Must have a flexible schedule and willing to work open or closing hours. Will work around Fall school schedules.


Certified Instructors

We are always accepting applications for new team members.  Lead teaching position applicants must have a minimum of an Associate degree in Early Childhood Education or an equivalent.  Classroom aides must be working toward a degree in Early Childhood or have a CDA.  Fill out the submission form and tell us a little about yourself.
