Hi Everyone! My name is Courtney Wagner and I’m ecstatic to be a part of the staff here at Small Wonders! I am a 2013 graduate of Columbiana High School and a 2016 graduate of Hiram College with a Bachelor’s Degree in Middle Childhood Education. I have been the director of a small nonprofit early learning center for the past year and half in Hiram, Ohio, but have recently decided to relocate to my hometown! I spend a lot of my free time reading and spending time with my nephew.. My favorite part about working in this field is not only seeing children learn and grow, but is witnessing teachers take on new perspectives right along with the kiddos. I can’t wait to get to know all of our Small Wonders families!
My name is Nichole Santini and I am so excited to work with your children! I started working at Small Wonders in August of 2016 and again in August of 2018. I am planning on finishing my BA in Psychology soon at Kent State University and getting my CDA. I am CPR and first aid certified, along with having taken courses for communicable diseases and child abuse prevention. I have lived in Salem my whole life and I recently bought a house in Salem where I live with my boyfriend, our animals, and soon our first child.
My name is Sarah Piper and I grew up in Youngstown Ohio. I graduated from Youngstown Christian High School in 2012.
I have been married to my husband Charles for 2 years now. We live in Columbiana with our cat named Flash. We love to travel and spend time outdoors.
I have been teaching since 2013.
I love teaching because I love watching the children grow!! I am so excited to have this opportunity, and I look forward to a wonderful experience with you.
Hi Parents, I’m Kimberly Smith! I am new to the area, I’m originally from Chester, West Virginia. I went to school at West Virginia Northern Community College. Hello! I am currently a student at MCCTC graduating with my CDA in Preschool this summer. I have experience working as a lab student at MCCTC with all ages. I am looking forward to working at Small Wonders with all of the families and children. My future goal is to own my own child care facility. I want to attend Walsh University for Business when I graduate high school. I enjoy playing basketball, hang out with friends, and eating lasagna. Can't wait to meet everyone!
