I have my degree in Early Childhood Education and I'm currently working towards my special education degree! I've worked in childcare since 2013, and I've been with Small Wonders since 2017. I just adore teaching and spending time with my students and working with their families!

My name is Lisa Pulcini. I am so excited to begin working at Small Wonders Discovery and Learning Centers. I am married and live in Leetonia with my husband and our daughter. For the past twelve years, I have been a stay-at-home mom. Spending quality time with my family is very important to me. In my spare time, I enjoy reading, bicycling and long walks. I look forward to helping your children play, learn and grow in a fun, yet educational environment.
I'm a full-time student at Kent State Salem working towards my Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education. I love working with children and helping them learn and grow. I have been trained and certified in CPR, ALICE and Safety and Violence Prevention. I'm an animal lover and a huge Harry Potter fan. Although I started with Small Wonders in 2017, I've worked in childcare since 1998. I've studied Early Childhood Education course work, taken over 200 hours in Child Development, Health, Safety and Environment classes and trainings, and I've had over 4 years of management and administration experience. I earned my Associates degree in Applied Science of Multimedia and bring all of my love and experience to Small Wonders!
At home, I have 2 boys and a girl who keep me busy. I love the joy of watching your children learn and grow with the staff and me!

I am currently attending MCCTC for Early Childhood Education and will be graduating in May 2019. I will graduate with my Infant/Toddler CDA this Summer. I enjoy babysitting, being outside to go for walks, and I like to shop! I am looking forward to learning all of the new families and children that come to the Canfield location.
My name is Kayla Beight. I graduated from Salem High School and am attending Kent State University for Early Childhood Education. I come from a big family with five younger siblings and have experience babysitting infants and toddlers. In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my friends and family. I am really looking forward to meeting all the families and children at Small Wonders.
I started working at Small Wonders June 2018. I love children and being able to work with them and to see them grow. I am currently working on getting my CDA to further my education in infants and toddlers. The trainings I have as of right now are CPR, First Aid, Child Abuse, Communicable Disease, and ServeSafe. In my free time I like to ride horses, hanging out with my friends, and sleeping. Looking forward to getting to know your child and you!
